WHAT IS THE GENERAL DESCRIPTION FOR THIS PRESENTATION?

Based on a variety of experiences in non-profit, profit, large and small businesses, we have encountered gaps that hindered business success. 


When gaps are addressed with transparency and collaboration in partnership with human resources, there can be results that positively affect employee engagement, culture, span of leadership capabilities and consequently, profits and market reputation.  Maximizing critical competencies in order to

increase organizational effectiveness.


This session will discuss the importance of a knowledge culture strategy, shifting the HR function from tactical to strategic, and theories, practices and experiences with regard to organizational change including leadership theories, people management, ethical practices and change management.  We look at a lot of these constructs through the lens of leadership, motivation and influence.

  1. To heighten awareness of HR relationship to the Business and how it is the key to success; give frameworks for a Knowledge Culture Strategy and the role of engagement in your business success
